Dozo Restaurant

Did you guys enjoy the weekend as much as i did? Heh!

So last Saturday, we went to Dozo at river valley road to celebrate bf's 22nd birthday!



This was our second visit here, we went for their 6- Course set lunch. Previously we had is 7- Course set dinner which include cold dish.

This is their wine menu that you can order from. Not a fan of wine so didn't gave a try.

The bread sticks to munch on before the food was serve. Very yummy, i almost wipe out all!
Yuzu sorbet, The starter drink, a wee bit sour.

The Staff explain to us the way to consume it, we have to start with the Scallop then the Foie Gras, last salmon.
Side Dish: Tempura Battered Soft Shell Crab On Mash Potato.
Usually the soft shell crab that i had can't really taste the crab meat inside. But this you can taste it! Best when i dip the sauce!

Side Dish: Grantinated Escargots Topped With Yuzu Butter.
There's 4 Serving of escargots, not the best one that I've tried. Cause the taste of yuzu butter not that strong as it cover by the cheese.  


Soup: Double Boiled Beef Consomme.
 The beef and soup is served separately. As the staff will pour the hot soup over the raw beef. And they will asked you to wait for 3 hours before it can be consume. FUNNY HUH! hahahah.

Soup: Crab Bique Cappuccino Style
My favourite! Cause the soup is really very rich in taste! Love much.

Main Dish: Beef Tenderloin on PU YE and Granite Hot Stone
The beef is so tender and soft! I prefer to have it with the sauce but bf prefer to have it original!

Main Dish: The Seafood Platter with Saffron Sauce 
Not my liking, and the portion is small. I prefer the previous one i tried. Kurubuta Pork Cheek!

Dessert: Japanese Cheesecake.
Taste normal! Should have ordered the creme brulee.


Dessert: Dozo's Freshly Baked Warm Chocolate.
This is nice! Saw the chocolate oozing out? Yum! =D


Drink: I think is called the Dozo's Lover drink or what.
 Very Sweet, saw the red colour part? It's all syrup..


Drink: Iced Rose Lemon Tea. 
After the main, you have this is very refreshing!
After the meal, the waiter walked over with this! And asked me to sing birthday song with him, hahah super awkward!
