1 Hour younger in Batam!

Last weekend, bf and I went to batam for a short getaway. Quite a last minute thingy, cause on the Friday night bf told me that he took leave on Monday, means having long weekend ahead! So I went to apply my leave on Monday and we booked ferry ticket and hotel on Friday night and we're off to go on Sunday morning!

We took batam fast, and before that something happen. We missed our ferry at 7.40am ='( cause we are happily eating MacDonald still thinking there's still enough time. Hahaha! Because the ferry ticket we brought was on promotion so we can't do exchange and we got to purchase one way ticket to go. Which cost us each $29.50. Lesson Learn! Never late or purchase promotion tickets. 

Iphone front camera sucks.

We are there on free and easy, so there's no transport to take us to hotel. It cost us around Rp50,000.00 = SDG 6.45 from the ferry terminal to hotel.

Approximate 20-30 mins ride to reach the hotel.

We're staying at I-hotel, it's very convenient as it is a stone throw away from Nagoya shopping mall.

After we check in, we went to Nagoya shopping mall for A&W! A 5 mins walk from our hotel!

The duo fries! Curly fries is quite salty though!

Go A&W, it's a must to order root beer float!

We went to catch a movie too! 50/50 ehhh not a very good show. I think they only have 3 movie showing only, but the movie ticket is really very cheap!! I think around like 2SGD only!!! Cheaper then Malaysia, and their popcorn is very nice butter coated with caramel...Yummm! Overall the theatre is very clean, not very cold and it's very similar to Singapore's theatre.

 After movie, we went to the food street to have some bites. We order something that looks like yong tao foo, soup is a bit salty but overall not bad!

Not to mention, Batam also got 潮人. They sell CLOT. Lololol The clothes over there is quite over price, So don't think of going there to buy any clothes!

Ehh,,, the chicken nugget at hypermart. I doubt i will eat any western food over there.

After some groceries shopping at hypermart, we head to food street again to settle our dinner!

Theres quite a number of stalls that sell ayam penyet, but the one we tried actually not bad! Go for ayam kosek if your there! Their chili is damn spicy.

Drinks that we order is avocado and soursop juice. Their juice is a must have,  very sweet and fresh!

Total bill is around $8+. Very cheapppp

These are the toiletries that i brought from hypermart. Very cheap also! There's more things that i brought but didn't take picture of it!

Day 2

Day 2, we had our complimentary breakfast at the hotel and head to swimming pool cause bf was teaching me how to swim..=X

We also make an appointment at 1pm for our massage! Heh! Massage there is very cheap also! We went to Everyday Spa Massage & Reflexology, very near Nagoya shopping centre also.

We took package B, which include a foot bath, 60 mins massage, body scrub, sauna and milk bath Jacuzzi at a price of $35.

After massage, we were famished! Settle our lunch with the favourite avocado juice and the beef noodles!

Bf brought some kueh lapis.

This is my 走过路过不要错过的 corn cup! Super nice, they put condense milk inside. I had like 4 cups? =D

Time past fast and time to check out. And roughly that sum up the batam post. =)
